“Agility in Motion” Seminar with Julie Delarue

KAOS Dogsports is excited to bring Julie Delarue to Regina for an agility seminar October 24-26, 2014. 8x8 Poster Julie has been involved in dog agility since 2001. Her first agility dog, Deuteronomy, a rescue Mixed Breed, competed in multiple national championships and achieved multiple top placements. Julie currently competes with a bearded collie mix named Whatamess. In 2013, they placed first in the Novice Speedstakes challenge at the US Open. Julie has worked closely with Daisy Peel and follows a motion based system of handling. Click HERE for information on the seminar.

Agility – Learn the Game

January 25, 2014 at 1:00 pm we will have a Snooker course set up at the building.
February 22, 2014 at 1:00pm we will have a Jumpers course set up at the building.

Registration begins at 1:00, first dog on the line at 1:30.

We will begin with starters dogs and then move onto experienced dogs.

Cost: $5.00 per dog. (time permitting, everyone will get to run twice).

Who can play?: KAOS students that  have completed a minimum of a Beginner Agility class and whose dogs can, work off leash and complete at least 3 obstacles in a row.

February 7, 2014 at 7:00pm, KAOS will have several pieces of agility equipment set up (minimum one contact)

Registration begins at 6:45, first dog on the line at 7:00.

Cost: $5 will give you two sessions of two minutes (NOT back to back).  You may practice whatever equipment is set up in whatever order you would like.  You may choose to make your own course and run it as many times as you want within that two minutes.  How you use your time is entirely up to you).
